SERVICE CENTERS

Skipper Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (STIPL) is authorized to repair all kinds of TOPCON Surveying Instruments. The Service Centre is set-up as per Topcon guidelines and equipped with all the Special Tools and Jigs imported from Topcon Corporation, Japan. 

To reduce the down time of the instruments STIPL had set up Service centres in Noida, Kolkata, Mumbai & Ahmadabad. Our Service Centres have been built on the Philosophy of Centre for Competence” and have state-of-the-art facilities that are fully equipped with modern technology and latest test equipment to cater to all complex needs of the industry. The Service Centres are as per International guidelines and equipped with all the Special Tools. The instruments are checked and calibrated with Universal-4 Collimator which is self-adjusted collimation system and theref  ore, all the adjustments are free from human error. Our Service Centres have been built on the Philosophy of "Centre for Competence" for providing service to our customers”.

Skipper Technologies India Pvt Ltd has well trained Engineers to provide prompt and efficient "Pre-and-After Sales Support". Spare Parts:

As mentioned earlier, keeping in view the importance of the operational time in survey, STIPL is really concerned about the down time of the instruments. Hence to optimize the break down time, STIPL maintains sufficient stock of spare parts to provide the fastest response to our customers. Depending upon the location,  STIPL response time varies from 12 hrs. to 48 hrs.
